As the Head of the McArthur's website redesign project, I played a pivotal role in conducting user research, developing the redesign strategy, and overseeing the design and development phases. My expertise in user experience design and project management helped to ensure that the new website addressed the needs of McArthur's customers and business goals, resulting in increased event attendance, online orders, and overall customer satisfaction. The project was completed on time and within budget, providing McArthur's with a fresh and engaging online presence that reflects the warmth and charm of their Irish pub.
The Bartenders Guide to the galaxy

I was head of design for The Bartenders Guide to the Galaxy, a social media app for the hospitality industry. My goal was to create a platform that would allow bartenders, servers, managers, and anyone in the hospitality field to gain inspiration, share recipes, apply for jobs, and train new staff.
As a project for the Google UX design program, I was responsible for conducting user research, creating wireframes, and prototyping the app. I worked closely with employees in the hospitality industry to understand their pain points and needs, and we incorporated feedback from research throughout the design process.
One of the biggest challenges we faced was creating a user-friendly interface that would appeal to a wide range of users, from experienced bartenders to newcomers in the field. We also wanted to ensure that the app would provide valuable resources and opportunities for career growth and development.
Overall, I am proud of the work I accomplished, and I believe that The Bartenders Guide to the Galaxy has the potential to be a valuable resource for anyone in the hospitality industry. REEL'S Movie House

I had the privilege of leading the design for a mobile ordering app project for REEL'S Movie House, as part of The Google UX Design Specialist program. As Head of Design, I was responsible for the entire design process, from conducting user research and creating personas, to wireframing and prototyping the app.
The goal of the project was to create a seamless and convenient mobile ordering experience for moviegoers, allowing them to purchase tickets, select their seats, and order food and drinks for delivery to their seats.
The project was a challenging and rewarding experience, and it allowed me to apply my skills in design thinking, user research, and prototyping to a possible real-world problem in the future. I am proud of the work that I accomplished, and I am excited to continue applying my skills and knowledge to new projects in the field of UX design.
